Terms of Service

• Nothing on this Platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.
• The AI Tutor, Concept Reader, Story of a Dollar, and Quote Generator produce AI-generated content that may contain errors or outdated information. Always verify with primary sources.
• Your watchlist and any notes you take are personal tracking tools, not investment recommendations.
• Forum posts and replies reflect the opinions of individual users, not the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information found here.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
• You may set a forum display name; your email address is never shown to other users.

When using the community forum and other interactive features, you agree not to:

• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Share specific financial advice directed at other users (e.g., "you should buy X").
• Promote or solicit any product, service, or investment scheme.
• Post spam, chain letters, or automated content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Platform's security.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. The Platform includes automated anti-spam protections (rate limiting, honeypot fields) on forum submissions.

BCC+ is our optional premium membership at $4.99 CAD per month (plus applicable GST).

• Free trial: New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
• Billing: After the trial, your card is charged monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account page or through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the Contact page.
• Features: BCC+ includes an unlimited watchlist, unlimited Story of a Dollar analyses, a premium badge in the forum, and a weekly market digest email. Features may change with notice.

The Platform's educational content, design, logo, and software are owned by Blue Chip n' Chase and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

User-generated content (your forum posts, watchlist notes, etc.) remains your property. By posting in the forum, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any financial losses, investment decisions, or actions taken based on content from this Platform.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $0 for free users).

You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Chip n' Chase harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform or any feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends, but your content may remain in our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
